Reflections from the April 11–13, 2025 Florida Ladies Retreat: RENEW
“But those who wait on the Lord shall renew their strength.” — Isaiah 40:31
The RENEW Retreat, held April 11–13, 2025, was a sacred time of spiritual renewal, realignment, and strengthening in the presence of God. This weekend invited women to pause, lay down what was heavy, and allow the Lord to renew hearts, minds, and spirits for the season ahead.
Rooted in Scripture and surrounded by sincere fellowship, the retreat became a space where God gently restored strength, clarified purpose, and reminded each woman of who she is in Christ.
Anchored in the Word
Throughout the retreat, Scripture was woven into every message and moment. Verses such as Isaiah 40:31, Romans 12:2, Colossians 3:9–10, and 1 Thessalonians reminded us that renewal begins with surrender—allowing God to transform our thinking, put off the old self, and walk in the new life He has prepared for us.
Messages That Spoke with Clarity and Depth
We were deeply blessed by the ministry of Olya Yarosh, Sara Mikhalski, and Mariya Onishenko, whose messages carried wisdom, truth, and heartfelt encouragement. Each speaker pointed us back to Christ as our source of strength and renewal, calling us to remain rooted in Him while walking faithfully through every season of life.
Workshops That Equipped and Strengthened
This year’s workshops addressed real life, real callings, and real faith:
• Dana Simonchik – Minister’s Wife
A meaningful and honest conversation about walking faithfully in ministry while guarding the heart and home.
• Olga Varivoda – Flame on the Altar: Living in His Presence
A powerful reminder to keep our devotion alive and our hearts continually before God.
• Lyubov Pushkash – Fruits of the Spirit
A practical and Spirit-led teaching on cultivating Christlike character in daily life.
• Jenny Yavny – Walking Through Fire with God
A testimony-filled workshop encouraging women to trust God in trials and recognize His presence in the fire.
• Kristina Kulakevich – Teens Workshop: Identity
A timely and impactful session speaking truth into the next generation, grounding identity firmly in Christ.
Each workshop offered biblical truth, personal reflection, and practical application—equipping women to live renewed lives beyond the retreat.
Prayer, Worship, and Fellowship
Moments of prayer and worship created space for reflection, repentance, and renewal. Hearts were softened, burdens were lifted, and faith was strengthened as women prayed together and for one another.
Fellowship remained a beautiful part of the weekend—through conversations, shared meals, and quiet moments, bonds were formed and strengthened. The retreat was a reminder that renewal often happens in community.
Carrying Renewal Forward
As the weekend came to a close, we left reminded that renewal is not a one-time moment, but a continual posture—waiting on the Lord, allowing Him to transform us daily, and walking forward in obedience and faith.
To every speaker, workshop leader, volunteer, and woman who attended: thank you for being part of RENEW 2025. May what God began during this weekend continue to grow, deepen, and bear fruit in every area of life.
